• Conducted interviews with pet owners and industry experts within the US to better understand pain points when it comes to pet adoption and ownership

• Analyzed ways in which real-time data could be used to match consumer preferences and lifestyle with available pets

• Determined the need for a streamlined pet adoption process and pet training platform to address the problem of mistreatment and rehoming

Result:

• Conceptualized two solutions to optimize the life of the pet and pet owner alike:

  • A streamlined pet adoption platform (similar to a CommonApp for pets)

  • A comprehensive pet care and training platform
