Collaborated with Durham, NH Hannaford store manager to gather first-hand information on the supply chain, store logistics, and shopping patterns
Formulated a 5-year plan for a ‘smart shopping’ experience to drive revenue and increase operational efficiency
Result: Presented strategic plan to store manager for implementation with strategic monitoring steps.
