Oyster River Youth Association
Problem: Tax funding for ORYA was reduced by nearly 40% within the 2 previous years. To make up for the loss of tax dollar funding, ORYA wanted to increase participation and obtain funding from third-party donors.
Action:
Collaborated with coaches, youth players, director, and peers to generate an understanding behind ORYA’s community impact and to coordinate film schedule
Developed a clear call to action by sending a common message of ‘Don’t Let the Game End,’ to viewers
Presented video to program organizer and other peer groups on a continuing basis to collect feedback and ensure effective messaging
Result: Sent video to the program manager for distribution.
