  • Executed research plan to identify opportunity areas that coincide with customer needs and core company values

  • Distributed survey to 500+ respondents, conducted in-depth interviews, and analyzed industry landscape to determine opportunity areas

  • Constructed a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for Margarita’s

    • Communicating the authenticity of the restaurant to customers

    • Using events to increase customer awareness

    • Streamlining social media channels to increase engagement
