Problem: As workplaces have rapidly shifted as a result of COVID-19, finding productive and safe work areas outside the home became increasingly challenging.
Actions:
Conducted in-depth interviews with remote workers to aggregate customer pain points
Researched industry landscape to determine areas of unmet customer needs
Developed and tested a digital app interface to collect the first round of customer feedback
Result: Presented a digital platform that would allow remote workers to easily find and book a nearby available working space while allowing third-party vendors to effectively manage their capacity
